+ How much does it cost?
Pricing is determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account factors like the day of the week, time-frame, guest count and whether you need a venue buyout or just a large section to call home-base. For a formal proposal, please complete click the Let's Party button at the top of the page.
+ Can I bring in my own beverages?
No. Sign Bar is a TABC-licensed venue. No outside beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, are permitted on-premises. Additionally, no beverages can leave the property.
+ Do you have onsite catering?
We do not. There are rotating food trucks operated by the property management group. We can connect you with the current trucks to discuss pre-orders or catering. For venue buyouts and large group reservations, you may bring in a full-service caterer of your choice. Full-service includes all catering staffing needs such as setup, replenishment, bussing and cleanup. We are happy to recommend preferred caterers.
+ What is parking like?
We have an abundance of free parking for around 100 vehicles. In addition to the front lot, there is a large back lot with a back entrance gate into the property. For large scale events, we recommend renting shuttles or buses.
+ Can I bring in desserts?
Yes. You are welcome to bring in desserts like cake, cupcakes or cookies. You will need to bring in all supplies (plates, napkins, utensils, etc.) and are responsible for all clean up and disposal. No homemade items are allowed due to health code.
+ Can I bring in decorations?
Yes! You can bring decorations, however, no glitter, confetti or anything that may damage the property will be allowed. We cannot store any decorations, but you may arrive early based on your contracted load in time.
