Get ready, Austin, Cousins Maine Lobster is rolling into Sign Bar for a one-night-only pop-up on Friday, May 1 from 4–9PM.
Known for their wild-caught Maine lobster, they’ll be serving up a full menu of East Coast favorites right here in Austin. Whether you’re a lobster roll purist or looking to try something new, this is your chance to get a true taste of Maine.
Menu:
🦞 Lobster Rolls, Lobster Bisque, Lobster Quesadillas, Lobster Tots, Lobster Tail, Whoopie Pies, and New England Clam Chowder
