Hi everyone! My name’s Erin. I’m originally from Houston & have bartended all over Texas including San Antonio, Fort Worth, and now Austin. I moved to the area almost 3 years ago and absolutely love it. I’ve been with the Sign Bar team since the very beginning and have had the opportunity to watch it grow into the bar it is today. I’m also a Pre-Med student in my other life. Most of my time is filled with medical textbooks and deep study sessions to help propel me into one day becoming a Cardiothoracic Surgeon. My adventurous and artistic heart eventually itches to explore the beautiful city through hiking trips or musical events being hosted around town. But being a Cat-Dad to a 1-yr old baby named Nebulae tends to occupy most of my free-time with cuddles, picking up all of his toys, & playing hide-n-seek. Oh, and naps, lots and lots of naps.
